Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders in the United States of $35.00 (USD) or more, before sales tax where applicable.
Processing Time
Processing time is the duration of time needed to process orders to prepare them for shipping.
Our processing time is 1 - 3 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays.
During special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other peak periods order processing may extend beyond the standard 1 - 3 business day timeframe.

Please allow up to 7 additional business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
Order Modifications
We are unable to guarantee changes, including modifications to products ordered, address updates, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We are not responsible for orders submitted with the incorrect address.
DHL and USPS work together to deliver your package. Please note that during the handover from DHL to USPS there can be delays in tracking information updates. USPS completes delivery on most shipments, please use the USPS Tracking Number for most up-to-date tracking information.
Multiple Packages
Orders could arrive in multiple packages. Please allow up to 4 business days after a package arrives for the additional package(s) to arrive if you are missing items in a large order.
Lost and Stolen Packages
Please note, we do not assume a package has been lost until after the full 15 business day shipping window has passed. After the stated time has elapsed, we are happy to offer a replacement.
Order Tracking
Once the order ships, an email notification containing the tracking number will be sent. You can track the movement of the package using the tracking number and carrier link included in the confirmation message.
COD (Cash On Delivery)
We do not ship COD. NO EXCEPTIONS. If additional fees are requested at the time of delivery, refuse the package and contact our Customer Service team at info@saltair.com. We will not refund additional shipping fees paid by the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our warehouse is closed and will not be shipping on the following holidays:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the following locations:
- All 50 U.S. states
- District of Columbia
- Puerto Rico
- US Virgin Islands
- P.O. Boxes*
We cannot ship the following items outside the Contiguous United States; Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to freight forwarders. We reserve the right to cancel any orders shipping to freight forwarding addresses without prior notification. Orders submitted using a freight forwarder are not eligible for returns, exchanges, replacement, or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Return for Refund
We accept returns on regularly priced items within 30 days of the delivery date. If you'd like to process a return, please use the self service return form which can be found here.
If you received the incorrect item or your item was damaged and you'd like a replacement, please email info@saltair.com.
All products in an order made using a coupon code, including those for a free product, do not qualify for return or refund. They are considered final sale.
Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit the number of returns to anyone that abuses the policy.
Return Shipping Fees
Unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part, return fees are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on COD. The package will be refused.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchanges. They include the following:
- Sales items
- Bundle (includes Duos, Trios, Kits, etc.)
- Travel Sizes
- Accessories
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, we will gladly replace it. To process the replacement, a photo of the item in the condition it was received is required. Examples of damage include, but are not limited to, broken pumps or product leakage during transit.
We must be notified of the damaged item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date.
Retail Location Purchase
Purchases made at a retail location or other e-commerce site are not eligible for return via saltair.com. Returns must be made at the original place of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return based on our current Return Policy and place a new order for the product that you want.
The new order will be charged shipping fees if the amount of the order is less than the minimum free shipping amount of $35.00 (USD) before sales tax where applicable.
Shipping Instructions for Returned Products
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase from Saltair.com is required.
To return your product, please use the self-service return form which can be found here. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return label.
Please note the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount and listed as "handling fee".
Package products in their original product packaging (bottle, jar, tube, etc.) if possible. Empty product packages (bottles, jars, tubes, etc.) will not be accepted.
In rare instances, especially in the case of large returns, where the return label provided does not cover the entire cost of shipping your return, you are responsible for any additional fees incurred.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. A refund will be processed within 3 business days. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the credit to your account.
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it after one full billing cycle, please contact payment issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or it may be in process.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced products may be returned for a refund. Bundles, kits, promotional/sale, travel/mini size, or discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Products purchased using a promotional code or coupon code are not eligible for return or refund.
The determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only at the sole and absolute discretion of Saltair.com
Gift Returns
If you received a product(s) as a gift and/or the product(s) was marked as a gift by the purchaser and shipped directly to you, a product credit for the value of the return. An Order ID or Proof of Purchase from saltair.com is required before store credit can be issued. Please have the Order ID and/or the purchaser's email address available at the time of your request. All other return policies apply.
Gifts cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. Product credit may not be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold, and can only be used on saltair.com. Merchandise credit will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Returned Merchandise Policy
We protect the integrity of the products we sell. All returned (used or unused) products are not returned to inventory and are properly disposed of.
